Social proof is a real thing. And it drives Founders and CEOs crazy.
Over the last year.
I went all out on inbound LinkedIn content that has helped me meet some amazing clients.
And they are different kinds of clients.
Ones that know me more deeply because they follow my content.
This is wonderful because over the last seven years.
I relied on a pure outbound system on LinkedIn. (Which i now teach people how to do).
Which has helped me generate around $5M plus in revenue just from LinkedIn.
But while doing content creation and perfecting my inbound LinkedIn methods......
I realized something.
Some founders that i work with lose sight of the point of social media.
The point of social media is to generate content in the form of communication so you can build a community that actually wants to work with you.
Not to get likes and go viral.
And unfortunately, many Founders and CEOs these days care way too much about likes and comments.
I sometimes get 10 qualified leads from a post that has 30 likes.
Isn't that better than 100 unqualified leads from a post with 300 likes?
