One of the hardest lessons in Business.

Is saying NO to clients....and You will eventually fade out if you don't do this.

Here is what i mean.

In the beginning, you just need to take what you can get.

Because you are just trying to ramp up revenue.

You don't want to be picky because you are excited!

And you need to get things going. So you take on any client with a wallet.

It's okay....we all do this. And don't let the GURUs shame you.

They do it too.

But eventually you learn about CHURN and about keeping consistent repeatable revenue as a priority.

Otherwise you don't have a business. You have a JOB.

So you start to have this imbalance: Do i make more money or reject clients?

And the answer is----> You have to reject clients.

You have to reject clients that:
-Don't fit your target market.
-Won't actually benefit from your product or service.
-Won't actually do the work.
-Won't actually have the time to communicate their needs.

The clients who fit the above are destined to fail within your business.

And it's not their fault.

It's your FAULT.

If you start rejecting clients that don't fit your business and start taking on clients that actually fit your business.

You will skyrocket in a short time.

Because you will have satisfied clients who will bring their friends. And do word of mouth. (Its still the essence of business)

And that's how you build a business.

Not ads, not "Viral" marketing (What a load of garbage), and not "content creation".

It's taking on clients who you can actually help.
