We lost the opportunity to make 78.33% in 6 months for UAE Investors.


6 months ago I reached out to Family offices and High-net worth individuals in my network.

And I explained to them an important opportunity lies ahead.

"Bitcoin is going to $100K in the next few months."

And I am starting a UAE based Bitcoin only fund for family offices and high-net worth individuals.

It will be the first of it's kind in the history of the GCC.

The purpose of the fund is two fold:
-To take cumulative advantage of a Bitcoin pool.
-To create discipline for investors to stay in the fund and avoid panic selling.

The investors said DO IT. Get the Bitcoin fund license and we are in. ?

I had $5M in commitments. And the plan was to raise $100M in a month.

Then came the hard part......

I went to the regulators. Every. Single. Day.

They were helpful and the process was clear. But it was not easy.

For an entire month, I was going back and forth with documents.

And I was almost there.

But then i decided that this process is taking away too much time and energy from my core business.

And I should drop the project.

So i dropped it.

And it was a mistake. I lost the opportunity to make our investors $78 MILLION in 6 months.

It would have been a record performance for a UAE based fund.

So here is the morale of the story: ☘️
- Believe in your crazy ideas as long as you have proof (I have been in Bitcoin since 2017 and understand how it operates).
- Think HUGE, not just big. Huge. And do not be afraid of it.
- When something is hard, but it has a clear path. Meaning it can be done. Don't stop and push further.
- It is your responsibility to close the deals. Regardless of external factors!
