I own equity now in more than 24 startups.

I started doing this in 2021.

When Covid happened, and it cut off a massive part of my event business revenue.

I decided, enough is enough.

It's time to play like the big boys in Silicon Valley.

And think like a long-term tech mogul.

So i studied Peter Thiel's models day and night.

--> If you don't know Peter Thiel, he is the former CEO of PayPal and Billionaire Venture Capitalist who invested early in companies like Facebook.

And i learned about the venture capital model.

And then i noticed that many startups are moving to the UAE.

Specifically:
-AI companies looking to reduce taxes from London.
-US companies who had serious blockchain technology looking for a more friendly regulatory environment.
-FinTech companies looking to capture Middle Eastern market share.
-BioTech companies looking for gov support knowing that funding for that sector here is massive.
-Property Tech companies looking to build in this massive real estate market specifically in Dubai.

And i started brining those startups (the good ones!) to my investors who are:
-Family offices
-High net worth individuals
-UAE funds
-Venture capitalists.

I took equity alongside my investors in the companies that were successful.

So if only 10% of those successful companies have a massive 100M exit.

Which means only 2-3 companies from 24 that succeeded.

I will end up with 5% of that exit which can equate to anywhere from 5M to 10M.
